Shine Your Light Collection - a collaboration with celebrity stylist, Laura Sophie Cox
A new day in fashion is dawning thanks in part to the creative energy of Laura Sophie Cox, celebrity and fashion stylist. Based between LA and London, her vision transfers to her clients, which have included Emma Watson and Olivia Rodrigo, who shine their light on the beauty and necessity of sustainable slow fashion. Laura’s Shine Your Light Collection illuminates her collaborative approach to transformation within the fashion industry toward eternal equilibrium.
As her clients grace the stage and screen, what they wear is seen by millions. As energy transfers from one to another to another, good radiates good, transforming the negative, gaining ground toward new norms. Collaboration is essential to change. Like the transformational metal forming our jewelry, Laura is a conductor — a transferer of a vision of a sustainable world and a humble creator of it. Together, we shine our light toward this emerging new day.
Weapons transformed into symbols of love, upcycled Vietnam War shrapnel and other scrap form the base of our ethically produced Shine Your Light Collection. Each ARTICLE22 piece is a modern heirloom – an actual piece of history redesigned with intention – that inspires action toward our future, individually and collectively.
Each piece gives back to support traditional Laotian artisan livelihoods, village development, community endeavors and further de-mining efforts.
Your purchase contributes to MAG (Mines Advisory Group) to safely & expertly clear some of the 80 million unexploded bombs contaminating land in Laos.
$225 - Sterling Silver clears 14m2 of Laotian landscape
$1,250 - 10k Gold clears 78m2 of Laotian landscape
This piece is made with precious metal and does not contain our signature Peacebomb Aluminum material. The level of detail of the design could not be achieved with our unique metal. We recommend it layered with our Solar and Plain Ear Cuffs or the Set. While the metal differs from the range of our collections, the impact is the same in creating skilled labor craftwork and clearing UXO from land in Laos.
