The North American P-51 Mustang is perhaps the most consequential Allied fighter plane of World War II. The Mustang was the first fighter able to escort the previously unprotected Allied bombers to Berlin and back. Our tribute to the P-51 is a classic aviator design using a precision Swiss made quartz movement with GMT and date functions. The Super Luminova dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. This design is limited to 1945 units in honor of the end of WWII, with the case back displaying original airframe material from a P-51D Mustang.
